Product introduction:

     JATS(ATS) series automatic transfer switch is one new new ATS of our company devloped by the microcomputer control technology.This series ATS is settleed AM2,DZ65 circuit breaker circuit as the executive element,and along with plied in the important places not allowed power off.To meet actual demand,three different operation methods are available such as automatic entry automatic entry non automatic reset and commutative standby.

(1)Three steady operating positions:1.The grid power supply is making,the standy power supply is breaking.2.The grid power supply is breaking,the standy power supply is making.3.The grid power supply is breaking,the standy power supply is breaking.Compact size,single structure,beautiful outlook,33-630A available,convenient operation and long operating life,2,3,4P can be supplied.The transfer is drived by single motor,single structure,reliable transfer,no noise and small wallop.The switch is with electromechanical interlock protection,which can ensure the two power supplies

working normally,no disturbance.The switch can be along with load automatic transfer,on urgent situation,it can be transferred by

handle.

 

(2)Advantages comparative to other products:1.The breaking capacity of the control protectiing fuse is 50KA,which increases the distribution safety.2.Thereis interlock between manual and automatic operation,this can avoid the manual operation on the automatic operation.3.When the executive handle of circuit breaker,the contact is felt or the load is in problem (overload,short circuit),the ATS do not transfer,this is called the real electromechanical interlock.4.The driving mechanism of MCB type ATS is changed from fork type to concave type.which solve

the problem of the break of the long handle type MCB and the non-synchronization of MCB manking etc.thus strengthen the function of fast making and breaking,and enhance the mechanical life.5.The wrong wire connection indication can be supplied.When the phase wire and zero wire is connected wrong,the sound-photo device will alarm,it ensures the reliability.

Note:1.To the nonstandard products,the detailed requirement should be noted.Eg.The type of fire protection signal(constant voltage DC24V/impulse DC 24V/constant voltage AC220V/impulse AC 220V.Without note,it'll be considered DC24V.)the type, quantity of no power feedback signal(the default value is the feedback signal in the position of No.1 group.)         2.If there's special request of of the executive circuit breaker,tripper,it should be noted.

      JATS(ATS) automatic transfer switch decide if it should turn from one power supply to the other power supply according to its voltage status and operation mode set by users.The function depend on its controller which consists of A type and B type.Please refer its main functions to table 1.
